Are your clients being poached? Experienced bad will-writing?
SPG would like to hear from you if you have experience of clients being poached by non-solicitor firms, such as Co-op.

Also, if you have seen poorly-drafted Wills by non-solicitors, particularly if these have caused problems for the administration of the estate.

Let SPG know by emailing us (see "Contact Us") and we can pass this information on to the Law Society who are gathering facts for campaigning on controlling unregulated Will-writers and the poaching issues.
