All Sole Principals, and others, must be “qualified to supervise”. To meet that requirement anyone supervising an office must have 12 hours Management Skills Training.

SPG has provided a lot of Management Skills Training e.g. at conferences, and you may already have achieved the required training without needing to attend additional courses.
